![]() At times when you don't use the battery a lot make sure you either discharge the battery to around 40% and remove it from the laptop or remember to discharge the battery at least once a month to 20%-30% and charge it back up again. Do not leave your battery charged up to 100% for months at a time either because this can also damage the overall life of your battery. In fact you should never fully discharge lithium ion fully because it can actually damage it although most battery's have safety devices to prevent battery power level from getting too low it's just not a good idea to fully discharge a lithium ion battery. As for your battery question running a lithium ion battery to zero and then charging it back up constantly does effect battery longevity. ![]()
